ALPM's family of funds are IRA and 401K qualified and consists primarily of Texas-centric real estate projects, developments and loans located in what most consider to be the "Golden Corridor" for US real estate investment, the IH-35 corridor between the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex and San Antonio.
ALPM Programs available to non-US Investors are the Portfolio Interest Exemption (PIE) program, where Foreign Nationals can earn income in the United States that is not subject to the 30% withholding tax, and the EB5 Visa programs, which allows a foreign national to streamline the Green Card process by making investments in the US.
